Shipping Policy

Processing Time: All orders are made-to-order and processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Delivery delays can occasionally occur. We use United States Postal Service (USPS) for most deliveries.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking: You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.  Please note: Due to high product demands and especially during high shipping times such as holidays, shipping delays may occur.  But to quickly serve our customers, please be assured that we will ship from various warehouses where your items may be stocked and we will try to ship from the closest location to you to ensure timely receipt of your orders.  But keep in mind, with multiple shipping locations available to us, you may receive your items in multiple packages and at separate times.  If so, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each shipment.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes: ekiest is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages: ekiest is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

International Shipping Policy: We currently DO NOT ship outside of the United States. However, in the future when we are able to ship outside of the United States, we are not responsible for any additional shipping costs, customs fees, or taxes that may be incurred.

Returns Policy: Our Return & Refund Policy provides detailed information about options and procedures for returning your order.  Important Note: All of our products are made-to-order therefore; it is the customers responsibility to do the correct size checks prior to placing an order.  We cannot refund or accept returns for wrong size orders.
